A to nejen z d\u016fvodu ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ceny, ale nap\u0159\u00edklad i d\u00edky nov\u00e1torsky \u0159e\u0161en\u00e9mu zateplen\u00ed, pota\u017emo dob\u0159e vybaven\u00fdm vnit\u0159n\u00edm prostor\u00e1m. Jedin\u00fd, pro n\u011bkoho docela podstatn\u00fd, nedostatek tak jsou pak men\u0161\u00ed obytn\u00e9 prostory. Pro velk\u00e9 rodiny to opravdu moc nen\u00ed.D\u0159\u00edve vyroben\u00e9 verze rozhodn\u011b nejsou p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vhodn\u00e9 k celoro\u010dn\u00edmu bydlen\u00ed, nicm\u00e9n\u011b i o takov\u00e9 je po\u0159\u00e1d velk\u00fd z\u00e1jem. Nenakupuj\u00ed se v\u0161ak jako alternativa k byt\u016fm, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e k chatk\u00e1m. Pro ty jsou v\u00edce ne\u017e ide\u00e1ln\u00ed a stoj\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e mnoh\u00e9 d\u0159evostavby. Kdo tak tou\u017e\u00ed po vlastn\u00ed levn\u00e9 chatce, m\u00e1 mo\u017enost po\u0159\u00eddit si m\u00edsto n\u00ed mobiln\u00ed d\u016fm ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed kategorie.
